      Cancer Support Communities
        
           - Cancer Support Community (CSC): Massachusetts (formerly Facing Cancer Together: A Community of Hope)
  - Facing Cancer Together (FCT) has found a new home  at CSC. This partnership means that FCT has transformed into CSC MA. CSC MA will continue to serve those who come to us virtually from across Massachusetts and will also be working to open a brick-and-mortar location in the Greater Boston area. (4/23)
 
  - CSC offers  digital programs, a free helpline, and cancer information and education — all provided at no charge — for men, women, and children whose lives have been impacted by cancer.   - Helps people impacted by cancer enhance health and well-being through a   professional program of emotional support, education and   hope.

             - Virginia Thurston Healing Garden- A Cancer Support Center Northwest of Boston
 
              The Healing Garden provides a community of support where integrative   therapies join with nature to improve the quality of life for those affected by   cancer. Located in Harvard, MA.

                Cancer Connection offers a haven where people living with cancer and their loved ones can learn how to navigate the  complicated cancer journey through education, peer support (support groups), complementary therapies and creative programs to strengthen body and spirit. All offerings are free of charge.         
                      
             - Moments House-  far Western MA (Pittsfield) - Program  closed March 31, 2021 (See the iberkshires.com story)
 
           
          Moments House is a  home-like daytime facility for all Berkshire County   residents living with a cancer diagnosis as well as their families and support   systems to come for information and support.  They can find out about services available in our   area and comfort and support one another through their shared experiences. Services and programs include art therapies, mind and body therapies, dance   and music, yoga, touch, workshops, support groups, social activities, and   bereavement services. All programs and services are offered free of charge and are open to all –   including patient, spouses, caregivers, children, siblings, friends.

         Understanding Cancer and Coping 
         
           OncoLink
              
             The SharingClinic is a project that involves collecting stories from patients, their loved ones, and healthcare providers about their experiences of illness, healing, and navigating the healthcare system. Stories are recorded and made available as part of an exhibit at the MGH Paul S. Russell Museum. Participation is voluntary and intended to be anonymous.              The MGH Cancer Center's Story Project captures stories from the MGH Cancer Center community who have been affected by cancer in some way. Story Projecteers can be found in the Support and Education Hub on Yawkey 7.
